Devotional Mindfulness Teachings and Practice

I began leading weekly meditation classes in the Spring of 2020, at the height of the pandemic when no one could gather in person, and none of us had a clue as to when we would be able to again. I began leading practices based on teachings I have received over the past 20 years. My practice has evolved over the years to have more of a mindfulness slant. However, since devotional practice have been a part of my life since a very early age, you will find that these sessions are infused with reverence and sacred awareness.
